Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing time-It differs from product to product. It is requested 3-5 business days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the product page add-to-cart button.

Shipping time- Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipment -Doldols offers worldwide shipping.

Shipment Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.

Order Tracking - After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. If you require further tracking information, please click here to check.

Customs, Duties and Taxes -Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees of destination country or state, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Doldol's original delivery estimates. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. Doldols has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
